Feels like a synthetic material with maybe a tiny bit of cotton. It’s comfortable enough. It is stretchy. the construction is nice. I don’t know if it’s worth $28, though. For reference, I am 5 feet tall size medium or US six on bottom small on top 34B got a size large, and this photo is after washing and drying.
